01 · Complete your assigned provinces
Use the province names and codes listed in your table. Edit each original image individually.
02 · Change only the province text
Replace the existing province name and English code with the assigned province name and verified code, in their original positions.
03 · Preserve every registration number
Keep the main numbers in both Persian and Western numerals unchanged. Keep the isolated side digit unchanged unless separately instructed.
04 · Match the original appearance
Match font, size, thickness, spacing, color, blur, wear, lighting and perspective. Preserve the background, dimensions, borders, symbols and vehicle labels such as PRV.
05 · Review before marking complete
Check both province labels, all numbers and image quality against the source. Mark a province complete only after all its assigned images have been edited and reviewed.
06 · Prepare the handover
Keep source filename stems and export the edited images as PNG. Organize them into one folder per province and submit a ZIP with a short list of any incomplete or uncertain images.
* Verify uncertain codes first. Codes separated by “/” reflect disagreement between the earlier references. They are not confirmed official alternatives. Check an original plate or an authoritative traffic reference before editing; do not print the slash or both codes on a plate.
